By using EAA services, you agree
to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
Owners and Renters - AEE provides
a listing and booking facilitation service. As such, we cannot be held
responsible for the accuracy of information contained in the advertisements. It
is the owner's responsibility to accurately describe their property through our
listing service, and it is the renter's responsibility to confirm the accuracy
of the listing with the owner -- to the extent they feel is necessary.
Information contained in advertisements is not confirmed by EAA and EAA does not
provide any implied or express warranties as part of its listing service. EAA
not responsible for typographical errors. However, to provide the most accurate
and best service possible, EAA requests that Renters and Owners inform us of any
pertinent experiences, positive or negative, regarding their listing or renting
experience.
Agreements Between Owners and
Renters - EAA provides a listing and booking facilitation service. EAA should
not be construed in any way to be a party to any contract or as an agent to
either a Renter or Owner unless explicitly so stated by EAA. All agreements
between Renters and Owners and their agents are the responsibility of the
parties involved in that agreement. EAA is not responsible for any disputes
arising out of such agreements.
Owners - If EAA is unable to
provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited
to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither EAA or its owners
can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the Owner for
the services which were not provided. In addition, EAA reserves the right to
simply extend the our services for the period during which service was lost,
instead of any cash refund.
Listing Cancellation Policy - EAA
memberships run on an annual basis and EAA does not offer a refund on canceled
memberships.
Inactive Listings - If you wish
to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate ad and
reactivate it at a future date. Your EAA listing, although inactive, stays in
force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the
renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the
market).
Complaints from Renters - AEE
reserves the right to review and cancel any AEE listing. In most cases, this
would only occur if complaints are received from property renters; however, EAA
reserves the right to cancel any membership at its sole discretion and for any
reason.
Advertising Rates - AEE listing
rates are subject to change without notice.
Renters, Cancellation of Booking
- Renters agree that holding deposit and booking fee is not refundable if the
booking is cancelled by them.
Your use of this site - A
condition of your continued use of these sites is that you agree not to use
these sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by any applicable law
and regulations. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you
indemnify EAA from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of
theses conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of these
sites. EAA reserves the right to edit or remove any information on its sites at
any time.
Privacy - EAA treats the personal
information of site users confidential and take reasonable steps to ensure that
your personal information is stored securely. Upon accepting these terms and
conditions you agree to allow us to e-mail/or SMS your personal information to
the administrator of the property in order to finalize your booking. Your
personal information may be used to promote and inform you of other services,
which may be interested to you.
Governing Laws - All disputes
arising from the use of EAA services or its owners as parties to the dispute
shall be resolved in a court of law in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia govern these
terms and conditions. Any party using EAA’s services, website, or products in
any way agrees to EAA selection of any court or arbitration service in Hobart,
Tasmania, Australia to resolve any disputes.
